Learn about wire and it's different guages, hardness and shapes. What tools are needed: Pliers: What is a box-joint? What is a lap-joint? Which is better? A double-leaf spring, coil spring or no spring at all? Handles, overall length, precision...and finally the types: Chain-nose, round-nose, flat-nose - all this will be covered. Files: Do I need them? Techniques: Open and closed loops; spirals and their infinite uses. Easy ear hooks, shapely "S" clasp, and quick framework pendant.
