Lost Wax Casting

This was at the half-way mark when sculpting "My Montreal" pin.

These are the front, back and top views of the piece before it was set in plaster.

This is just a pic of the front before setting the piece in plaster.

This is the top view of the pin after having removed it from the plaster.

This is the back view of the pin after having cast it.

This is the back view after having ground out much of the extra silver using a jeweller's rotary tool.

I've added the pin on the back.
